Pacific Heights Apartment by Applegate Tran Interiors
Applegate Tran Interiors were responsible for the interior decoration of a Pacific Heights apartment, located at the top of a hill in San Francisco. With high attention to detail, the interior design firm focused both on the interior design and architecture of the space, creating brilliant rooms with modern design. For instance, the dining room highlights the McQueen chandelier by LUXXU certainly becomes the focal point of the space, especially due to its exquisite sculptural form.
Alderley Edge by Grey Rose Interiors
The Alderley Edge residence certainly shines bright courtesy of the use of extravagant lighting pieces chosen by Amy Bruce, principal of Grey Rose Interiors. Many of the home divisions are decorated with the Empire chandelier in various sizes, including the foyer where this majestic lighting design was placed near the curved staircase and right above a white piano. Furthermore, the master bedroom is also enhanced by the presence of LUXXU’s Burj pendants, whose modern appeal and simple form are undeniable.
IK Apartment by COCHET / PAIS
COCHET / PAIS is a family-owned design studio created by Yannick Cochet and Gregory Pais. One of the projects the studio has developed is the IK Appartement, which includes a 250m² duplex facing the port of Cannes that brims with open spaces. The dining room easily becomes one of the most enviable rooms of this interior, not only due to the sweeping views of the port of Cannes but also to its appointed designs, from a black dining table to a glimmering crystal lighting installation, not to mention a modern yet timeless dining chair, Charla by LUXXU.
Wine room by House of Style & Design
Yelena Gerts, House of Style & Design’s founder, lead her team into designing and choosing perfect items for each project, such is the case with this neutral-toned wine room that highlights brass accents and exquisite marble details. The Wine Room is decorated in shades of white, which provides a relaxing and calming atmosphere to space. The black accents of the bar chairs and the wine rack draw one’s attention away from the center of the room while the gold accents from the armchairs and LUXXU’s Empire Round Suspension add a touch of luxury and sophistication to the project.
