Interior Designer Shriya Kolte and founder of Imagination Inc., a studio addicted to art and design has been in the field of interior design for over two years. She is a passionate believer in promoting art and design in every form. She has successfully relayed her passion for Imagination Inc. and made it a viable and sustainable enterprise. The company offers design consultancy along with providing services for turnkey projects.

Her recent project Stargaze is spread over 18 acres of land, offering a quality living in connection with nature in Bavdhan. The location offers close vicinity to major parts of the City like Kothrud, Baner, Urawade, and Pirangut. The sloping terrain of the land faces Pune Mumbai Highway.

Though the entire layout offers a feeling of being a part of Grand Land, Phase 1 stands out with 6 towers of 50m offering 2bhk and 3bhk residences. Phase 2 proves its identity through 5towers of the same height offering 3, 4, and 5bhk units. Servant’s room offered for a 4 and 5bhk residences create their own mark-making a luxury statement.

To make it further meaningful, two phases are provided with separate recreational spaces. Well-designed clubhouses thru Open, Semi-Open and Covered areas offer a dedicated space for multiple activities.

The simple yet elegant structure of the clubhouse is an eye captivating aspect of each phase. The entire layout with two such elements enhances the entire spread on a huge land.

Half of the units face the open space and the rest of them are compensated by the hilly view at the surroundings. A huge amount of landscape areas occupies the layout establishing great connectivity with the dwelling units.

Well, planned entrance lobbies are well lit and well ventilated too. They appear Welcoming and equally fresh. The same effect is achieved inside the house with large sized openings. Allocation of individual terraces to each flat maintains the connection with nature.
