Multimillion-dollar house in Miami

A multimillion-dollar house located in Miami is a house of dreams that is tailor-made for luxury living. Regarded as the mansion of dreams and opulence, this multimillion-dollar worth house located in Miami was developed for a special client: a city guy, an art lover, an architect that loves the sea, and with impeccable taste in interior design. A man of many traits that needs a mega-mansion to live the dream.

The house could be described as a place that you never want to leave, equalling many characteristics seen in luxurious hospitality venues. It was created to become the client’s very own museum in a highly desirable location upgraded by one-of-a-kind amenities and spaces, including a well-appointed outdoor space, a home theater, and an entertainment room build to showcase distinctiveness. In other words, this home is the most LUXXU place you will ever find in the entire world as you are about to see.

Setting the tone for the rest of the house, the hallway is a grandiose space that feels like walking straight into a museum. The Babel XL chandelier, a brand-new piece by LUXXU, shaped with handmade crystal glass and gold plated brass, illuminates the entryway. Furthermore, black marble displays and classic sculptures convey a strong sense of decor and are enlightened by the Babel wall lamps. At the end of the entryway, one can found other sumptuous pieces, from the Ocadia armchairs to the Suspicion console.

For the modern kitchen, marble was the material chosen to profusely decorate this space in tones of black and white, including walls, flooring, cabinetry, and kitchen island. The brass and crystal glass form of the Shard suspension, a unique lighting fixture with a strong presence and character, pairs perfectly with the kitchen’s marble theme. The modern velvet and leather chair, Galea also adds an extra layer of refinement and subtle details such as the Skyline door handles and pulls by PullCast offer a more detailed nature to this interior.

The generous dining room was designed to highlight the comfortable luxury and palpable sophistication. This space is comprised of a plethora of cutting-edge and tailored designs that certainly stand the test of time! The Beyond dining table sets the stage with its golden and neutral tones playing an intriguing contrast with its surrounding elements. The Charla dining chairs were the upholstered designs selected to comfort guests whereas the Waterfall rectangular suspension sparkles smooth lighting over the table.

In matters of functionality and comfort, the living room is the one home division where one can experiment with color palettes, layers of textures and patterns, and furniture layouts. When it comes to upholstery, a brand-new sofá by LUXXU was chosen to decorate this space. Senzu becomes the focal point as it features a round form and a neutral color scheme. The living room is further complemented by other neutral furnishings such as the Saboteur Swivel armchairs, the Lloyd Bookcase, and the Nubian bar cabinet. Nevertheless, one can find accentuated pops of gold throughout, especially in the Empire center table set as well as lighting pieces like the Liberty Suspension.

The Master suite of this Miami penthouse benefits from a semi-open decor concept, where design elements such as a warm color scheme, lively sculptures, wooden flooring, marble walls, and modern furnishings and lighting designs reign supreme. This suite is completed with a sophisticated bedroom, office, closet, and bathroom areas, all exhaustively decorated to represent the luxury lifestyle and comfortable living!

Spacious in size, the bedroom is extremely well-appointed with some of LUXXU’s most classic pieces as well as novelties. For instance, the presence of the Charla family is rather noticeable, from the lush bed with a massive headboard to complex nightstands with timeless lines, not to mention the dresser that contrasts astoundingly with the Vertigo mirror that is presented in a set of three. By the left side of the bed, the Empire dressing table and bench make their debut whereas, at the bottom of the room, the Galea armchairs become the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Numerous lighting pieces can be found throughout as well, from the Waterfall suspension to the Skyline wall lights.

While not oversaturated with design features, this closet space does adhere to a more maximal approach counting with elements such as the massive Athos floor mirror, a modern design beautifully crafted with a leather and brass frame that steals all the attention due to its gargantuan proportions. Two Waltz closets placed diagonally introduce an industrial flair to this area and provide plenty of storage space whereas the Nubian geometrical ottoman becomes the idyllic supporting piece.

This gentleman’s office is more than a desk and a chair. It’s a mood, a lifestyle. After all, it’s where our client escapes from the world, organizes himself, and builds his empire. The Apotheosis desk makes quite the powerful and functional statement piece and it is equipped with a USB port for maximum accessibility. In addition, the Apotheosis bookcase was placed not only to add style to the room but also to store the client’s collectibles from many adventures. For a moment of peace and comfort, the Anguis sofa enters in action whereas the Crackle center and side tables round up this detailed space decor-wise.

In tune with the suite’s design elements, the master bathroom is not only functional but designed for optimal comfort and luxury. This refreshing bathroom design mostly decorated in marble is grand enough to have all the key elements of a high-end hotel spa: walk-in showers, double sinks, and a larger-than-life bathtub. Other stand-out pieces include the Darian washbasin and the Shield mirror by Maison Valentina, the Skyline XL wall lamp, and the Skyline door handle by PullCast, the latter of which offers a more cosmopolitan feel to this area.

Home theaters have become quite representative of the contemporary lifestyle. As a home designed to be the best place in the world, and to fulfill the client’s needs and passion for film, this is a room of the utmost importance. In this area, owners and guests alike will be able to be immersed in a cinematic experience while accommodated in an avant-garde design expression. The Charla armchairs were the chosen upholsteries to guarantee that theater is packed with boundless elegance and above all comfort.

In regards to the color scheme, the cinema presents a neutral scene of variable hues of white, black, and gray while metallic pops of gold can be found within furniture and lighting designs such as the Empire center table and side tables as well as the Tycho small wall lights. This was done so to recreate a sense of old Hollywood glamour and an Art Deco twist. Two abstract paintings and a massive Oscar-like statue in grand size are the final decor touches and add an even more intriguing aura to this home theater.

Following the “have it all” concept, the outdoors highlight panoramic views over Miami. To be able to enjoy the “art of a pleasurable moment”, a daring outdoor design is a must for a luxury experience and, as such, it was decided to divide this area into three separate stations.

Starting with the squared outdoor pool area, this space is the epitome of reclining, taking a deep breath, and just relaxing. To be the ultimate expression of comfort, LUXXU’s arranged this space with some of its most elegant designs that highlight a more neutral allure, from the Galea Grey day bed and sun loungers to the Vertigo XL dining table.

The other two remaining areas are slightly more subtle and intimate, having only a few design elements, so the sweeping views become the focal point. Neutral furnishings easily become the theme in a highly congenial setting that is perfect to explore the art of lounging. Here, pieces like the Galea armchair or the Thor center table add to the visual aesthetic. The other area presents another set of timeless pieces, like the Hampton upholsteries which are rather classic in shape, the custom Mayer center table, and the Suspicion side table in marble.
